World Chinese Business Promotion Association(former World Chinese Business Investment Foundation) is a world wide organization of Chinese people and Chinese businessmen, founded in 1992 in Hongkong. Mr. Cheng Wanqi, the chairman initiated and set up the council, Ma wanqi, Huo Yingdong, Zeng Xianzi, Chen yushu, Chen Xiangmei, Jiang Jiming and some other overseas Chinese business leader worked as honorary chairmen and administrative chairmen, the members of our association are all outstanding Chinese people from different countries in the field of business, trade and economics, science etc. with enormous economic strength and energy. At present, WCBPA has become one of the largest organizations of Chinese and Chinese business in the world. Our investment in the world economy added up to more than a hundred billion dollars and extended all over 160 countries and districts.

In Oct,2003, called up by Mr. MA Xingli, administrative president of World Chinese Association and initiated by Mr. Xiao Yankun(chairman of Big China Security and Guanghua Public Foundation), Miss Song Lianna(chairman of World Cosmetologist Trade Association and Gelianna Group), Mr. Li Jinsong(chairman of Qixing International Group and president of Kaifeng University), Mr. He Peiheng(chairman of Yuanyang Investment Holding Ltd.) Mr. Li Bocheng(chairman of S.S.1 Holding(TAR EAST) Ltd and Hong Kong Taekwondo Association), Mr. Shang Hongming(secretary-general of China Youth Development Association, senior reporter), Mr. Xiao Guanghe(vice president of World Chinese Education Institution Investment administrative Group, president of Shenzhen Business College), Mr. Zhang Zancheng(former secretary-general of Taiwan Peace and Union Promotion Association), Mr. Dong Xianren(initial chairman of American China Promotion Association), Miss GUO Qi(social charity activist), together with more than a hundred Chinese chambers of commerce reregistered “World Chinese Business Promotion Association” in Hongkong in order to guide and call on the communication in trade and economics among all the Chinese and Chinese business both inside and outside Chinese territory.
